Ms. Jane Jing is principle broker of Havarest Realty Inc. in Maryland. Mainly focus on residential property transactions. Jane is holding Graduate Realtor Institute designation. She also holds salesperson licenses in DC and Virginia. Jane has almost 10 years experiences on great DC area real estate. She also has three years experiences on china real estate.
Ms. Jane Jing currently serves as Vice President of Havarest Inc. Her main responsibility is to lead a group of seasoned business and technical professionals that help US and china health care related companies and products getting register, managing clinical trials, getting approval, providing marketing strategies, sales and services.
Ms. Jane Jing also serves as Vice President of MarkPap Pacific LLC. Her main responsibility is to lead a group of professionals to manage clinical trial and market women cervical cancer diagnostic kit “MarkPap Kit” in China.
Before Ms. Jane Jing was Business Relationship Manager at HSBC National Bank, before that she served similar roll at Citibank, North America in Washington DC.
Prior to Citibank, Ms. Jane Jing was a Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Lender for Emigrant Funding Corporation-A subsidiary of Emigrant Savings Bank which is a New York City based bank and the largest privately owned bank in US.
Ms. Jane Jing also holds several professional licenses in US, such as Series 6, 63 and Life, Health and Accident insurance licenses, real estate professional license etc.
Ms. Jane Jing is member of Women in Bio, Washington Networking Group, National Association of Realtors, and Great Capital Area Association Realtors, also Member of business and professional community of Wharton Club, member of Monte Jade Science & Technology Association- Washington DC chapter, Market Development Executive of Baltimore Asian Trade Council, and Marketing director of American Academy of Nanomedicine.
Before Ms. Jane Jing came to The United of States. She served as Director of Administration of International Physical Therapy Center (IPTC) in Tianjin. Her job was overseeing the daily Administrative operation, making decisions on hiring of company personnel, coordinating company operations with government regulations, making decisions on purchasing of equipments and supplies for the company.
Prior to IPTC, Ms. Jane Jing was a Supervisor of Department of Real Estate Investment in a real estate investment company and a Lecturer of Department of Management Studies in University of Industrial Chemistry of Beijing.
Ms. Jane Jing received her MBA from Oklahoma City University joint program with Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, and a Bachelor of Art in Economics and Taxation from University of Finance and Economics, Tianjin, China
